Beschreibung
Kruiswoordspel is a game for "2 or more" players in which words are formed from 13 dice with letters on them. The slogan in English is "Fun With Letters". On each player's turn, they roll the dice using the provided cup, and try to form as many interconnected words as possible from the top-facing letters, before the provided sand timer runs out (approximately 4 minutes). Point values of the used letters are added up (double-counting any that are used in two words), and the values of any unused letters are subtracted. Any disputed words are settled by the player who went first, the "leader" - either by looking it up in a dictionary of his/her choice, or "deciding himself" whether to accept the word. After a "prearranged number of rounds", the player with the highest total score is the winner.

Differences from the more-well-known Scrabble Crossword Cubes game include:

13 dice rather than 14
different combinations of letters on them (e.g. all dice have a mixture of vowels and consonants on them, vs most of the vowels being together on four dice that have no consonants)
different points values (e.g. F=3 vs 4, H=2 vs 4, K=4 vs 5, V=3 vs 4, X=6 vs 8)
dispute resolution is not necessarily based on a standard dictionary
types of words to be excluded are not specified
Scrabble Crossword Cubes includes a second set of rules in which words of specific lengths must be spelled
